1. 热塑性塑料的流动性分为三类：流动性好的，如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、醋酸纤维素等；流动性中等的，如改性聚苯乙烯、ABS、AS、有机玻璃、聚甲醛、氯化聚醚等；流动性差的，如聚碳酸酯、硬聚氯乙烯、聚苯醚、聚矾、氟塑料等。 2.模具型腔侧壁和底板厚度的计算 ：塑料模具型腔在成型过程中受到熔体的高压作用，应具有足够的强度和刚度，如果型腔侧壁和底板厚度过小，可能因强度不够而产生塑性变形甚至破坏；也可能因刚度不足而产生挠曲变形，导致溢料和出现飞边，降低塑件尺寸精度并影响顺利脱模。因此，应通过强度和刚度计算来确定型腔壁厚，尤其对于重要的精度要求高的或大型模具的型腔，更不能单纯凭经验来确定型腔侧壁和底板厚度。 模具型腔壁厚的计算，应以最大压力为准。而最大压力是在注射时，熔体充满型腔的瞬间产生的，随著塑料的冷却和浇口的冻结，型腔内的压力逐渐降低，在开模时接近常压。理论分析和生产实践表明，大尺寸的模具型腔，刚度不足是主要矛盾，型腔壁厚应以满足刚度条件为准；而对于小尺寸的模具型腔，在发生大的弹性变形前，其内应力往往超过了模具材料的许用应力，因此强度不够是主要矛盾，设计型腔壁厚应以强度条件。型腔壁厚的强度计算条件是型腔在各种受力形式下的应力值不得超过模具材料的许用应力；而刚度计算条件由于模具的特殊性，应从以下三个方面来考虑： 1. 模具成型过程中不发生溢料 2. 保证塑件尺寸精度 3．保证塑件顺利脱

ABS比重：1.05 缩水率 千分之5 用途 是最能保持产品尺寸精度的材料，一般对精度要求高的产品都用它，例如ABS+PC是手机外壳的常用材料

POM 缩水率 千分之20－25 耐磨和强度都很高，例如是塑料齿轮常用材料

PS 缩水率 千分之5 可用做透明材料，但是比较脆，但是价格便宜

pp 料比重 0.91可浮在水上，缩水率千分之16－20 常用在对尺寸要求不高的外壳上（它耐摔啊！）

HIPS 比重：1.05缩水率缩水率 千分之5 常用来代替ABS用，但是强度不如ABS

MBS（就是透明ABS)各参数同ABS，但是比ABS脆一些

PC 料缩水率千分之5－7，强度很高，也是耐高温的材料，是价格很高的塑料之一

PPS 是耐高温的材料之一.

PVC 缩水率千分之10－25,还可做透明料用，易老化，价格便宜，由于现在对安规的要求是越来越严，现在一般是使用无毒PVC来做产品

PMMA 又称有机玻璃，透明性能高，导光性好，但是极易刮花。

PA 缩水率千分之8－14 耐磨性好，有很高的韧性

PE 缩水率20－25,常用于吹塑，也可用于做软齿轮（消音齿轮)
