十二烷基硫酸钠是一种常用的离子型去垢剂,可使细胞膜崩解,与膜蛋白疏水部分结合并使其与膜分离,高浓度的SDS还可以破坏蛋白质中的离子键和氢键等非共价键,甚至改变蛋白质的构象。这一特性常用于蛋白质成分分析的SDS凝胶电泳。

**** SECTION 3 - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION ****

EMERGENCY OVERVIEW

Flammable. Harmful by inhalation, in contact with skin and if
