三乙醇胺油酸皂可作消泡剂吗？
三乙醇胺油酸皂为一种非离子表面活性剂能产生稳定泡沫，不能消泡和抑泡，对一些脂肪酸和烷烃油脂有很好乳化分散能力。消泡剂一般需要hlb<5的难溶于水化学品例如异辛醇、磷酸三丁酯或者二甲基硅油等等，水溶低级脂肪醇也可考虑异丙醇和正丁醇。

活性剂一般分为无机活性剂和有机活性剂两类。
无机活性剂主要有金属氧化物、氢氧化物和碱式碳酸盐等；有机活性剂主要有脂肪酸类、胺类、皂类、多元醇和氨基醇等。活性剂仅以少量加入到橡胶胶料中就能提高其硫化度。
表面活性剂的分类方法很多：
根据疏水基结构进行分类，分直链、支链、芳香链、含氟长链等；
根据亲水基进行分类，分为羧酸盐、硫酸盐、季铵盐、PEO衍生物、内酯等；
有些研究者根据其分子构成的离子性分成离子型、非离子型等，还有根据其水溶性、化学结构特征、原料来源等各种分类方法。但是众多分类方法都有其局限性，很难将表面活性剂合适定位，并在概念内涵上不发生重叠。

因清洗的对象主要是污垢，选用的表面活性剂要含有与油污分子结构相似的憎水基团，油污的主要成分一般为矿物油和动植物油，所以用于金属清洗剂的表面活性剂一般为脂肪族衍生物或带有脂肪烃的芳香族衍生物，其HLB值一般选在12~16之间。配制金属清洗剂的原料较多，一般就选用对油污有较强润湿、增溶和乳化能力的表面活性剂。从资源和成本等因素综合考虑，如选用油酸三乙醇胺、烷基磷酸酯、酚醚或醇醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚等。当然同大多数洗涤剂一样，配方中使用单一的表面活性剂其效果不及多种表面活性剂复配在一起好。故金属洗涤剂中都含有两种以上的表面活性剂。
（2）碱和碱性盐
碱和碱性盐也是一种清洗剂，广泛用于金属的清洗，也作为助剂配入表面活性剂中使用。它们对洗除动植物油脂、脂肪酸类污垢和亲水性污垢效果明显，甚至可和油脂、脂肪酸类污垢反应生成具有表面活性的肥皂。单独使用碱时去除污垢的能力是有限的，加入表面活性剂后，就能提高清洗能力。碱和碱性盐对某些金属有腐蚀作用，因而洗涤要求质量较高的金属件时，就不能选用碱性清洗剂。常用的碱和碱性盐有：苛性钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、正硅酸钠、偏硅酸钠、正磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠等。
（3）防锈缓蚀剂
金属清洗剂中应含有一定量的防锈缓蚀剂，以达到清洗时对金属表面无腐蚀、无损伤，清洗后使金属表面洁净光亮并有一定的缓蚀防锈的要求。水基金属清洗剂中添加的主要是控制腐蚀速度的缓蚀剂，有无机和有机的两种。防锈剂则是为了防止由于大气腐蚀而引起生锈所使用的油溶性添加剂，用于水基金属清洗剂时，可通过表面活性剂将其分散在水溶液中。
使用的无机缓蚀剂有：亚硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠+无水碳酸钠、磷酸三钠、磷酸氢二钠、三聚磷酸钠、硅酸钠、重铬酸钾、碳酸铵等。
有机缓蚀剂有：苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸铵、三乙醇胺、乙醇胺、苯乙醇胺、乌洛托品[(CH2)6n4]、尿素、苯并三氮唑(C6H4N3H)等。
缓蚀剂也是复配使用效果好，如由亚硝酸钠+三乙醇胺、硅酸钠+三聚磷酸钠，都有良好的防锈效果。对不同的清洗对象，最好经过实验来确定。
（4）消泡剂
金属清洗剂使用时，一般要求在低泡或无泡状态下进行清洗，泡沫大多，将使机械化清洗或连续化清洗无法进行，尤其是高压喷雾清洗要求使用无泡清洗剂。故金属清洗剂中需要加入一定量的消泡剂。最常用而又有代表性的消泡剂有：聚醚2010、聚醚L61、磷酸三丁酯、有机硅、油酸、油酸钠等。有些消泡剂对
金属清洗剂的去油污能力有协同作用，有些则有负作用，所以筛选消泡剂品种时，应与确定选用的其他组分合并后进行去油污试验，然后再定配方。
