物化性质(Physical and Chemical Properties):

白色结晶固体,无臭,具有吸湿性。熔点124~130℃。沸点210℃。密度(21℃)1.06g/cm3。闪点129℃。自燃点399℃。升华温度210℃。易溶于水、低级醇、低级酮、醚和芳烃化合物等。

毒性防护:

低毒。大鼠经口LD50≥6400mg/kg。小鼠经口LD50为3200~6400mg/kg。对皮肤刺激性小。但大量饮用会刺激中枢神经,引起呕吐、疲倦、昏睡、呼吸困难、震颤、肾脏充血和出血、肝脏脂肪病变、闭尿、支气管炎和肺炎等症状,严重者甚至导致死亡。

产品用途:

主要用于生产不饱和树脂、聚脂粉末涂料、无油醇酸树脂、聚氨脂泡沫塑料、即弹性体的增塑剂、合成增塑剂、表面活性剂、绝缘材料、印刷油墨、阻聚剂、合成航空润滑油油品添加剂等。另外,在医药行业也有所应用。同时,新戊二醇还是优良的溶剂,可用于芳烃和环烷基碳氢化合物的选择分离。

质量标准: HG/T2309-92

包装储运:

固态采用袋装,内层为塑料袋、外层为编织袋,25KG/袋。

液态采用镀锌铁桶包装,25kg/桶。

贮存于阴凉、通风处,防晒、防热、防潮。按一般化学品规定储运。

二、新戊二醇的三大生产流派。

1、国际上,新戊二醇生产主要有三大流派,其中歧化工艺(甲醇法)是中国特有的。

国内新戊二醇的生产商基本成三足鼎立的局面,大体分为三派:

加氢工艺:吉化巴斯夫。

歧化工艺(甲醇法):以山东省化工研究院为代表的甲醇法工艺,该工艺为最新歧化改进工艺。

歧化工艺(水溶法):以富丰柏斯托为代表的水溶法工艺。

2、特点介绍:(1)加氢工艺有流程短,收率高,纯度高,成本低等优点。缺点:加氢工艺投资大,对外部环境要求高,产品价格高。目前在国内市场,加氢工艺的NPG比较多,如BSF,韩国LG,日本三菱,伊斯曼等。其中巴斯夫和韩国LG在新戊二醇市场的争夺比较激烈。

(2)歧化工艺(甲醇法)克服了投资大的缺点,质量远在国标之上,且产品价格低,在很多行业性价比是比较高的。缺点:与加氢工艺相比,纯度低。该工艺的甲酸钠是一大亮点。颜色纯白,杂质少,干基含量在99%以上,且不易结块,质量上比合成法的和季戊四醇副产的都要好。在国际市场,该工艺的甲酸钠一枝独秀。

(3)歧化工艺(水溶法)投资也不大,质量和甲醇法的差不多,只是更容易结块。副产甲酸钠与甲醇法的区别比较大,颜色暗灰或灰色,纯度低,其主要卖点是从里面能提取新戊二醇。

新戊二醇具有广泛的用途,它可用于生产聚酯、聚氨酯泡沫塑料和弹性体的增塑剂、高级润滑油的添加剂、醇酸树脂、耐火塑料、杀虫剂、除草剂、引发剂和萃取剂等也可用于芳烃和环烷烃的选择分离。其衍生物广泛用于汽车、纺织、医药、涂料、塑料和石油等领域。随着我国新戊二醇新装置的投产及其应用开发的不断深入,其应用领域将会进一步得到拓展。 新戊二醇是由甲醛和异丁醛合成的二醇类物质,首先是甲醛和异丁醛发生羟醛缩合反应生成羟基特戊醛,然后进一步跟甲醛发生交叉坎尼扎罗(Cannizzaro)反应,被还原为新戊二醇。 我们通过进行一系列正交实验,优化了各步反应的工艺条件,进一步提高反应的选择性和转化率。 羟醛缩合反应采用有机胺类催化剂如三乙胺,其用量为在反应液中浓度为5%,反应温度在70-75℃,甲醛与异丁醛的mol配比为1.2时,反应的选择性96.8%,收率96%。 坎尼扎罗反应在甲醛与羟基戊醛的mol配比为1.2,反应温度:30-40℃,反应液的pH11的条件下反应,产品后处理采用高沸点溶剂精馏法,收率94%,产品纯度98%,mp:122-123℃
