设计引入“体育MALL”的概念，采用了“一心多核”的放射式布局，将其整合成一个整体。桐乡市第十五次党代会提出要深入实施“十大工程”，建设数字文明共富美好新桐乡。其中之一，就是要深入实施新时代风雅桐乡塑造工程，构筑文化兴盛活力发展新优势，以全民健身中心暨李宁体育园为引领，开展新一轮公共文化地标建设。百万桐乡人民期待已久的体育地标——桐乡市全民健身中心暨李宁体育园正式启用！
The design introduces the concept of “sports mall” and adopts a radial layout of “one center with multiple cores” to integrate it into a whole.The 15th Party Congress of Tongxiang City proposed to carry out the “Ten projects” deeply, to build a digital civilization to enrich and beautiful new Tongxiang. One of them, is to deeply implement the new era of elegant Tongxiang shaping project, build a new advantage of cultural prosperity and vitality development, with the Tongxiang National Fitness Center and LiNing Sports Park as the lead, to carry out a new round of public cultural landmark construction. Millions of Tongxiang people’s long-awaited sports landmark – Tongxiang National Fitness Center and LiNing Sports Park officially opened!

自从2008年中国成功举办奥运会以来，随着人们生活水平的提高，中国的体育设施建设重心逐渐从专业竞技体育往大众体育转移，以及体育文化和体育产业的全面发展。桐乡全民健身中心的定位呼应了建设体育强国的新时代需求。
Since China successfully hosted the Olympic Games in 2008, people’s living standards have improved, and the focus of China’s sports facilities construction has gradually shifted from professional competitive sports to mass sports, and sports culture and industry have entered a period of comprehensive development. The positioning of Tongxiang National Fitness Center echoes the needs of this new era.

项目区位 – 文化体育旅游轴
Location – Cultural & Sport tourism Axis
城市设计方面，桐乡全民健身中心项目选址于乌镇大道，打造串联桐乡市中心和乌镇的文化、体育、旅游轴线。
In terms of urban design, the Project is selected on Wuzhen Avenue, which connects the center of Tongxiang City and Wuzhen Town, to strengthen the cultural, sports and tourism characteristics of this urban axis.

设计的出发点是将健身中心的建筑体量和所在的体育公园充分融合成为一个整体，以健身中心为锚点，创造更多公共的开放的和交流的空间，形成体育、文化、自然、城市相互融合的新型文体中心，成为市民喜闻乐见的城市客厅，促进面向未来的健康生活方式。
The starting point of the design is to fully integrate the building volume of the fitness center and the sports park where it is located into a whole. With the fitness center as the anchor point, it creates more public and open Spaces for communication, forming a new cultural and sports center with the integration of sports, culture, nature and the city, becoming a city living room that citizens enjoy and promote a future-oriented healthy life style.

功能业态 – “大体育”
Program – “Mass Sports”
功能业态方面，我们引入“大体育”概念，将竞技体育、群众体育、休闲体育都纳入到设计的考量之中。
In terms of functional formats, the Project introduces the concept of “mass sports”, and competitive sports, mass sports, leisure sports are taken into consideration in the design.

项目的主体建筑包含一个多功能比赛馆，游泳馆和全民健身馆。多功能比赛馆创新性地把周期性使用的竞技体育空间与日常使用的群众活动有效结合起来。

The main building of the project contains a multifunctional competition hall, swimming pool and national fitness hall. The multifunctional competition hall innovatively combines the periodic competitive sports space with the daily mass activities.

场馆的主体空间是一个5000平米的复合型空间。通过固定座位和活动座位相结合的优化比例配置和场地分隔，这个空间最大限度地满足了平时作为多功能体育和文化活动的灵活需求。观演模式下可以提供3000座的观众容量，赛时满足乙级体育馆的配套要求。

The main space of the Project is a 5,000 square meter complex space for both daily use and competition. The space maximizes the flexibility needed to function as a multifunctional sporting and cultural event through an optimized proportion and field separation that combines fixed and movable seating. In the performance mode, it can provide a capacity of 3,000 spectators and meet the matching requirements of the second class gymnasium during the competition.

我们不再狭义地把健身中心局限于传统比赛型的体育，而在设计中为引入新型的体育活动和体育外延功能，如攀岩，蹦床，康复，儿童素质培训，以及电竞等等。与时俱进的活动设施将大大地鼓励人们参与体育活动的热情。
We no longer limit the fitness center to traditional competitive sports in a narrow sense, but introduce new sports activities and sports extension functions in the design, such as rock climbing, trampoline, rehabilitation, children’s quality training, and esports.Modern facilities will do much to encourage people to take part in sports activities.

空间规划 – “体育MALL”

空间规划方面，我们引入“体育MALL”的概念，采用了“一心多核”的放射式的布局，将其整合成一个整体。
In terms of space planning, the Project introduces the concept of “sports mall” and adopts a radial layout of “one center with multiple cores” to integrate it into a whole.

“一心”是一个充满阳光的共享中庭，“多核”是众多不同的活动场馆。
The “One Center” is a sunlit shared atrium,and the “multiple cores” is a multitude of different venues.

在中庭中部，设计安排了一个联系一二层的大台阶，方便市民在这里闲坐，休息，举办小型演出。台阶对面的攀岩馆面对中庭的岩壁设计了攀岩墙，可以举办攀岩比赛。
In the middle of the atrium, the design arranges a big step connecting the first and second floors, so that citizens can sit, rest and hold small performances here. The rock climbing gym opposite the steps is designed to face the rock wall of the atrium and can hold climbing competitions.

共享中庭既优化公共流线，又最大限度地鼓励不同活动之间在行为上和视线上的交流。中庭里各种活动空间以不同的性格和表情展现自己。
The shared atrium both optimizes the common flow and maximizes the interaction between the different activities, both behavioral and visual. The various activity Spaces in the atrium are presented with different characters.

体操馆选择了活泼跳动的肌理，巨大的弧形开窗让馆内的活动与中庭交互。蹦床馆采用不同开孔率的穿孔金属板，透与不透之间折射着人们交流的不同选择。
The gym chose a lively and pulsating texture, with large curved Windows allowing activities to interact with the atrium. The trampoline pavilion uses perforated metal plates with different opening rates, reflecting the different choices people make in communication.

每个空间都提供看与被看的视角，在这里，每个人既是演员又是观众。我们相信，一个成功的空间设计，可以鼓励人们更为积极开放，充分表达自己，找到适合自己的健康娱乐方式，不仅和朋友，也与陌生人敞开心怀交流互动。在网络社会人与人之间隔阂日益增加的情况下，这种实质上的交流比虚拟交流更为难能可贵。
Each space offers the perspective of watching and being watched, where everyone is both an actor and an audience. We always believe that a successful space design encourages people to be more active and open, to express themselves, to find healthy ways to entertain themselves, and to open up and interact not only with friends but also with strangers. In the network society, the gap between people is increasing, this kind of virtual communication is more valuable than virtual communication.

外部空间 – “景园一体”
Sports Park External Space
传统体育公园的设计经常直接选择标准400米跑道和足球场的布局。经过大量案例的跟踪，我们发现跑步道使用率高，而标准足球场利用少维护高。于是我们用更受欢迎的5人足球场代替标准足球场，而跑步道则结合规划建筑设计得更有趣和多样化。
The design of a traditional sports park often directly chooses the layout of a standard 400m running track and soccer field. In the Project, after following a large number of cases, we found that the running track is more utilized, while the standard soccer field is less utilized but requires frequent maintenance. Therefore, we used the more popular 5-a-side soccer field instead of a standard soccer field, and the running track is designed to be more interesting and diverse in conjunction with the plan.

地面层的跑步道2.3公里长，与景观和隐形消防车道结合，串联起室外运动区，戏水区，景观湿地区和广场区。
The 2.3km-long running track on the ground floor is integrated with landscape and invisible fire lanes, connecting the outdoor sports area, the water play area, the wet landscape area and the square area.

二层跑步道1.2公里长，把公园和建筑二层屋顶花园有机联系在一起，丰富了跑步的体验，鼓励建筑内外人们的交流，也巧妙地解决了二层人流的疏散。
The1.2 km long second level running path, which organically connects the Park and the building’s second level roof garden, enriching the running experience, encouraging communication between people inside and outside the building, and also skillfully solving the evacuation of people on the second level.

从城市到公园，再到健身中心，形成独特的体育文化休闲体验流线。我们期待这个项目成为桐乡新的开放节点，形成居民日常活动的公共空间系统。通过健身中心，将体育活动、文娱功能，休闲空间和自然交织在一起。
From the city to the park, and then to the fitness center, forming a unique sports culture leisure experience streamline. We expect this project to become a new open node of Tongxiang, forming a public space system for residents’ daily activities. Through the fitness center, sports activities, recreational functions, leisure space and nature are woven together.

全民健身中心暨李宁体育园的建成启用是桐乡实施共富共美战略，深入打造绿色品质城市的重要举措，将助力桐乡建设国际气度、江南气派的品质城市。我们希望，桐乡全民健身中心的建设，能不仅为桐乡及周边市民提供一个富有活力的公共活动场所，也为中国建设未来的群众体育设施提供一个有益的典范。
The construction and opening of the Tongxiang National Fitness Center and LiNing Sports Park is an important measure for Tongxiang to implement the strategy of common wealth and common beauty and deeply create a green quality city, which will help Tongxiang to build a quality city with international bearing and Jiangnan style.Our hope is that the construction of Tongxiang National Fitness Center will not only provide a vibrant place for public activities for the citizens in and around Tongxiang City, but also provide a useful model for the construction of future mass sports facilities in China.
