总的来说厨房有原料的初加工、深加工、涨发等工作。服从厨房班长的领导,严格遵守操作程序。
在菜肴烹饪过程中,严格按照操作规程,同时,要针对员工不同的饮食习惯,随时改变烹饪操作,以满足其需要。
厨工在厨房的工作职责:
一、负责荤素菜的加工、领料,配合厨师的工作。
二、负责食品的细加工,剔肉除骨,分档加工。切配,要求刀功整齐利落,大小、长短、厚薄、粗细均匀,选配适当,节约原料,做到物尽其用。
三、搞好砧墩、案板、地面的卫生和刀砧洁净与保养工作,本工段的灭蝇防蝇工作。管理好机械设备。
四、讲究个人卫生,保证饮食卫生,防止食物中毒。
五、自觉遵守公司各项规章制度,服务后勤管理人员的安排,端正服务态度,做到服务热情、态度和蔼、文明礼貌、优质服务。
清晨起来,母亲就在厨房里做早饭了;中饭回到家,母亲准备好了午饭;放学了,回到家吃晚饭。也就是说,我们的一日三餐都是在小小的厨房里做好的。渐渐地,我对厨房产生了好奇我问母亲:厨房里到底有什么,为什么会这么神奇?母亲笑笑的说:“厨房啊、有我们每天做饭的灶台、有烧水的炉子、有我们吃饭的桌子椅子等等..”
长大了,搬到了新房子,虽然好多事物都变了,但是厨房依旧存在..我们依旧在厨房里烹饪、做美味可口的菜肴。现在我们还可以在厨房里做果汁、豆浆;用微波炉加热饭菜等等。厨房是一个好地方!
