我经常上的有 www.chinaddu.com 中国photoshop联盟 这个里面经常混后期，里面不乏高手老师。不够偶经常潜水偷学。唉可惜人家只发作品，不教学。 http://bbs.asiaci.com/ 亚洲CI网 这个是比较大的了，用于商业化了已经我也正在寻找有教学的论坛，苦于高手一般都懒得去上传教程，所以现在网上的教程都是很古老的了。

这个很难说，还要看你是什么类型的网站，比如娱乐为主的网站一般可以设：“论坛版规”“最新资讯”“网友自拍”“搞笑视频”“爆笑图片”“个性靓照”“整蛊（整人）短信”啊之类的等等等。具体你什么网站你可以看看其他网站论坛的板块以及排版作个参考比较好，毕竟人家都是有网站设计专业来做的。 PS：“论坛版规”这个板块应该必须有，要不然有人在里面发一些违反社会道德以及法律条文的贴就不好了，比如。在不可以发打广告的版块里发广告贴，反政治言论，恶语诽谤~谩骂他人，se 情 言语，迷信谣言等危害社会正常生活秩序，都是违法的，所以要有版规限制，即第一块必有。 这是我个人的想法而已，具体还是多向他人问问多学学，看书，多查资料看看吧。
