具体理论可以参照 材料力学学科中 其中关于拉伸、压缩章节 来学习。因为没有工程应用方面的经验,我只能从理论上这样简单发表一下意见。
钢丝绳是起重机械及起重设备、吊装捆绑作业不可缺少的主要零部件 ,被广泛地应用作为起升绳、变幅绳、牵引绳、吊装绳等。不论作为哪一种用途的钢丝绳。如果选用类型不当、使用方法不合理。缺乏安全检查、又不重视保养,更为严重的是已达报废还继续使用,都有可能发生因钢丝绳的损伤或破断而产生的重大事故。
起重设备钢丝绳正确选用方法 :
(1)吊运机使用的钢丝绳应该是中心有棉芯的钢丝绳,或者直接采用防选择钢丝绳。因为线径较细,内部有棉芯的钢丝绳的缠绕性更好,不容易出现缠绕。
(2)工作在露天、潮湿、腐蚀等环境中应选用镀锌钢丝绳。
(3)绕经滑轮和起重配件卷筒机构的起重设备钢丝绳,应优先选用线接触钢丝绳。由于线接触钢丝绳钢丝间接触应力小、磨损小、绕性好、钢丝绳使用寿命相对较长。
(4)起升较大或起重设备钢丝绳多层卷绕的起重机,宜采用不旋转、无松散倾向的右交互捻钢丝绳。这种钢丝绳股与绳的扭转趋势互相抵消.起吊重物时不易旋转和松散。
(5)小吊机使用的钢丝绳以镀锌绳为最好。也有使用中采用普通钢丝绳的情况,因为常用的直径为6mm,而一般小吊机采用的是5mm镀锌绳,如果盲目加大钢丝绳线径,导致绳轮直径加大,容易出现吊重减少的情况。
如何计算钢丝绳的破断拉力

小吊机钢丝绳的排列混乱问题
很多用户反应小吊机的钢丝绳排列混乱,这是常见问题,从生产上来找原因,多数是因为电机底座上的接插管焊接位置偏离,导致立柱插上后吊机支架上的滑轮不在钢丝绳筒的中心点,这一点一般老牌的生产厂家做的都比较不错,数据准确。剩下的就是操作者使用的不当造成的问题。一般使用小吊机之前,应该在高的楼层把钢丝绳全部来出来受受力,钢丝绳受力以后,线径会变细,受过力以后的钢丝绳会很耐用,亦容易排列整齐,如果没有受力,钢丝绳在吊运过程中很容易被挤扁,而挤扁以后产生的变形致使钢丝绳没法排列整齐,钢丝绳排列时,会滑脱,并会因此发出怦怦的响声。操作者应该注意的是以下几点:1.使用前钢丝绳涂抹好润滑脂,使钢丝运行时减少摩擦力。2.让全部钢丝绳受力,保证使用中不会变形。3.打开离合下发时一点注意刹车,不要让绳轮上钢丝绳散开,起吊货物时一定要检查钢丝绳,把散开的钢丝绳排列好以后在起吊。
