铆接机的介绍

1、不要加工超过标称能力以外的工件。

2、不要长时间工作在高压状态下。

3、铆头的伸出长度不要超过规定值。

4、遇到异常立即停车检修，直致故障排除。

5、设备的导轨每月应涂抹一次黄油，使其润滑和防锈。

6、铆头的装拆要轻慢，特别是在拆卸铆头时不要使用蛮力拔出，应旋转铆头并缓慢向下用力拔出。如果插装铆头的铆座被拔出正常位置，安装铆头后铆头位置会出现明显的偏差，此时应拆卸红色安全罩，将铆座安装到位后才可使用，否则机器很容易损坏。

7、使用中铆头在加工某些材料时会出现轻微的粘结现象，为了保证铆接的质量，应定时对铆头进行清理，防止金属粘结加厚。清理时将铆头固定在车床的卡盘上，然后用砂纸进行抛光。

8、每两周应对设备进行日常维护，主要维护项目如下，如发现问题，应及时处理。

A、检查气动三联体油杯中润滑油是否足量，否则应将油杯注满。

B、检查各个汽管和接头是否连接牢固，是否有漏气现象。

C、检查铆头形腔内是否有粘结现象，如有应予以清理。

D、给球面副加注润滑脂。

9、每6个月应分批分次对设备进行停产检修，主要对以下项目进行检查，如发现问题，应及时修 复。

A、检查汽缸上下部分是否有漏气现象，否则应更换密封圈。

B、检查各个汽管和接头是否连接牢固，是否有漏气现象。

C、检查铆头伸出长度是否超标，否则应予更换。

D、检查铆头摆动情况是否正常，否则停机检修，如为球面副问题应及时更换或修复球面 副。

E、检查主轴旋转时的噪音及铆接质量是否异常，如是应进行检查，如问题为轴承磨损或损坏应立即更换轴承。

F、给球面副加注润滑脂。

G、导轨等部位应涂抹黄油，使其润滑和防锈。

10、维护保养应安排专人定时负责，如遇到不能解决的问题，应及时与厂家取得联系。

铆合机原理

铆合机其方便多用，高效易操作的特点越来越为广大的制造商客户所接受。

铆合机按照结构类型可以分为很多种，有滑轨式，也有转盘式，但其原理是大同小异，都是通过设定，使工件位移到铆接区域，而后由铆合机完成铆接工艺。

可以把任何工件的位移看作是三个方向移动的结果，X,Y轴是控制左右和前后，Z轴是控制上下，由此，一个基本的数控结构就确定了。数控铆合机一般都有个零点，也可以称为基准点，以此点为基准，我们需要将所有需要铆接的点进行编号和坐标标定，这个过程是必须的，而后这些坐标和高度需要输入到设备的数据录入页面，由此让机器知道如何来铆接那些点，这些点分别在什么地方，高度多少。

将这些点坐标输入后，数控铆合机的程序就可以运作了，机器的伺服机构会在程序的控制下，带动工件达到我们输入的第一点，在这个位置，铆接工件应该刚好在铆头的轴线下，此时设备还要对该坐标的Z值，也就是高度值进行计算，确定铆接的进给量，一切准备就续后设备可以开始铆接了。

压铆机产生的静压力镦粗铆钉杆形成镦头的一种铆接方法称为压铆。压铆的铆接件具有表面质量好、变形小、连接强度高的特点。因此，在实际操作中，只要结构工艺性允许，就优先采用压铆。

铆接机主要靠旋转与压力完成装配，主要应用于需铆钉（中空铆钉、空心铆钉、实心铆钉等）铆合之场合，常见的有气动、油压和电动，单头及双头等规格型号。

压铆机（也称之为铆钉机、旋铆机、铆合机、辗铆机等）是依据冷辗原理研制而成的一种新型铆接设备，就是指能用铆钉把物品铆接起来机械装备。

点焊机是先用电极将工件压紧，然后变压器输出电流，利用电流流过工件时产生的电阻热，将工件加热到融化或塑性状态，而达到连接牢固的一种焊接方法。点焊机就是利用电极在工件上产生焊点的一种电阻焊设备。

铆焊机主要是用于生产中通过对产品进行加热铆焊定型或者热熔埋植用。设备使用必须有相应的与待焊工件吻合的热熔模具及工件定位模配套。它们的产热方式不同，一个是内热一个是外热。
