“回转式清污机”的结构和功能的介绍
工作原理:回转式清污机是集拦污栅和清污机于一体的连续清污装置。以拦污栅为基础,通过绕栅回转链条将清污齿耙驱动,实现拦污及清清目的。
组成部份:拦污栅体,回转齿耙,驱动传动机机构,过载保护机构和不锈钢牵引链条等。(右图为各部件实物图示)。

1、齿耙弯曲变形问题。
具体表现及分析:洪水期污物过多,过于集中,造成单道齿耙负荷过重,齿耙管变形引发故障。齿耙管是回转式清污机的重要的运动部件,同时起到支撑链条防止链脱轨和打捞污物的双重作用,其中间部位是整个机体最为薄弱的环节,许多相关问题,如链板扭曲,脱链等问题多是由于齿耙管的变形而引起的,因此其强度、刚性应得到足够的保证。
设计注意事项:齿耙管材料应有足够的直径和壁厚,一般6米以下跨度的清污机宽度,齿耙管按10000N.m集中载荷校核,其挠度不大于1/250,钢管壁厚不宜低于6mm.。对于更大尺寸的回转清污机,可考虑使用多道牵引链条以改善齿耙受力情况,或者通过对齿耙管中部进行局部加强使之成为变截面受力构件。
2、链条断开脱轨问题。
具体表现及分析:主要为三种表现形式,一是链条经过长时间运行,部分链板铆接处开铆,外链板脱出造成链条断开。二是链条在向栅体背面的圆弧过渡部分,在负荷很大的情况下,对背面底轨道形成较大的压力,使得背面轨道现内侧倾斜造成脱轨。三是由于齿耙变形或者齿耙受到分布不均匀的较大拉力拖曳链条造成脱轨。
设计注意事项:长节距板式滚子链是清污机(回转式机械格栅)主要的运动部件,对于链条圆弧过渡处,设计时应尽量把直径加大,以保证其过渡的平滑,减少其对圆弧轨道面压力,对于常用的节距125的板式滚子链而言,此过渡半径不宜小于350mm。
3、滑动轴承轴瓦磨损问题。
问题来源:大多数泵站具体表现及分析:轴瓦温升快,磨损严重。清污机轴瓦与轴承座发生相对滑动,造成轴瓦快速磨损。轴瓦内壁油槽设计不合理,造成润滑脂不能充分分布到接触表面形成压力油膜。注润滑脂不及时造成缺油。
设计注意事项::轴瓦与轴承座之间使用定位销定位防止相对滑动。更换自润滑轴承以提高其润滑效果。使用强制自动注油系统对轴瓦进行润滑。
