2017年4月10日,《我的世界》中国版PC端开启第一轮测试,在《我的世界》中国版中,游戏第一次拥有了官方启动器。
自行车的链条和其他部位都会生锈,原因主要有两点。
1、强度。
在整个自行车传动系统中,链条可以说是寿命最短的部分。在传动过程中链条会被拉伸、链节之间要转动、链节要与牙盘、飞轮、导轮接触摩擦,这些都会使链条在使用一段时间后出现拉长、磨损等情况。
因而制造链条的材料需要很好的抗磨损性能、较高的硬度和较强的抗拉伸性能来应对高强度的使用环境。
而诸如不锈钢这种我们认为可以很好地防锈的材料显然是不行的,不锈钢普遍硬度低而脆,显然无法满足传动需求。这也就是自行车架一般也不会使用不锈钢的原因。
铝合金抗锈蚀性能也很好,并且密度较低,然而它硬度太低容易磨损。飞轮、塔基之类倒是有铝合金的,只不过是以寿命换重量而已。具体看看铝合金塔基被钢飞轮咬出的痕迹就知道。但是车架还是可以用铝合金的,而且还有某些厂家专门爱把铝合金玩出花来。
2、成本。既然一般的工具钢防锈性能不好,那我们可以对这些材料进行处理啊。
所以我们可以见到对各种工具钢进行表面处理的例子,比如说对4130钢飞轮进行的表面镀铬、渗氮、热处理等处理使之防锈、耐磨。
然而我们也见到过飞轮在长时间使用后镀层成块脱落的例子,因而像链条这样比飞轮使用环境更严苛的部件是不太适合使用一般处理工艺的。
所以厂家有了DLC(diamond-like carbon,类钻碳镀膜)这种东西。把它理解成一种兼具金刚石的性质和石墨的结构的沉积薄膜就好。
想想看在链条上镀一层如金刚石般耐磨而顺滑,又能将链条本身与外界隔绝的材料是多么好的事情,同时解决了生锈和磨损两大问题。
