石油作为不可再生资源，又是影响国计民生和国家安全的重要战略物资，已经越来越受重视。随着石油在国家及地区之间的矛盾冲突中所起到的作用越发严重和国际原油价格的不断上涨，各大国间对储油丰富地区以及现有石油资源的争夺也进入了白热化阶段，而中国在能源方面的问题也越发明显。

Petroleum receives more and more attention worldwide as a non-renewable resource and a key stratigic material that is vital to the the national economy and the people's livelihood, as well as national security. Considering the increasingly important role petroleum plays in the international and regional conflicts and hiking of the global crude oil price, big powers in the world are competing more fiercely for the control of areas of rich petroleum reserves and existing petroleum resources. China is also facing energy problems that have become obvious in such competative environment.

为了有利于研究，本文浅议了中国在石油能源领域所遇到的问题，并提出了解决难题的几点思考：积极开展油气能源战略合作、对海上石油运输线路加强保护、加大和平时期石油储备、提高油气资源勘探力度、发展替代能源。

In order to facilitate the study herein conducted, the author of this essay has made some preliminary discussions on the problems facing China in petroleum energy area and come up with some thoughts on how to address the problems. The countermeasures available include initiatives to launch stratigic cooperation in oil and gas fields, strengthening of the convoy to ensure the safety of marine oil transport, increase of oil reserve in peace time, promotion of oil and gas resources exploration and development of alternative energy.
