应合格制造商要求,依照本法第20条规定,以参考价格制定一份购电合同,采购合格制造商的设备产生的总用电量.
e) In accordance with Article 26 this law ,at the request of the potential of eligible producers ,says preliminary contract for the purchase of electricity at guaranteed purchase prices ,
