英语单词“地”

earth 比较偏向大地的意思。虽然它有带着“泥土、大地、地表这种意思”，但是通常用作"地球"（the Earth）

ground，泛指土地，泥土soil, 或用作有特定性质的“地”，如：高地high ground, 平地level ground.【underground地下室】

例句：You are grounded. 你被禁足了。/He dug into the ground outside his house.他挖开了屋外的土地。

land泛指一切地球上没有被水覆盖的土地

或被划分的土地,有地契，某人的产业（...to buy land on which to build a house....买块地来建房子/He owns the house and the land around it.大概意思是“他是这个房子的地主，并且房子周围的土地都属于他。），

可以指农村、田园的地方【在句子中跟城市形成对比。They left the land to the city.他们离开了乡下到城市去。】

或者可以指因大自然或政治因素所划分的土地；地区/国家

例句：They come from many lands.他们来自不同的地区/国家。

floor作为“地”比较常用，指人造的“地板”，如marble floor大理石地板，rough floor粗糙的地面，或者指“楼层”如：“Which floor do you live on?你住在几层？”“I live on the second floor.我住在二层。”

Put it on the floor.把它放在地上。

The floor is of hard matter, and the walls and ceilings of plaster.地面是用坚硬的材质制作，墙和天花板用了石膏。

总结（个人理解）：ground,earth,land指大自然的土地，而floor偏向人造的地面。前者意思虽然相近，但是earth比较不常这么用，而ground比land指的“地”范围较小。
