很显然 engineered floor 或 flooring (有铺装的意思） 与 composite floor （ing）是
不同叫法，然而意义一样的英文表述。意思： 复合地板！而不是实木地板

实木地板以整块板材进行加工，纹理自然，其切面的纹理能和表面的纹理一一对应；假实木地板多是在伪劣地板上贴皮或者贴纸，因此切面的纹理和表面的纹理无法对应；需要注意木板切面是否有碎木屑和分层，实木地板的切面是没有碎木屑和分层。
1、实木地板
实木地板主材料是以整体实木板加工采伐而成。所以从实木地板的横截面来看的话，在分层上不会出现一些碎屑的。另外，在漆面上也不会有太多复杂的设计，仅仅只会简单的涂抹一层漆料，避免影响实木本身的材质和漆面脱落的情况。
2、强化地板
强化地板主要是以一些碎木屑和一些木质材料的边角料进行反复层压而成。而强化地板一般分为硬质纤维板、中密度纤维板、刨花板。根据不同的使用环境进行选择，而强化地板相比于实木地板，更加的耐磨、耐用，而价格却是实木地板的一半，也是近几年来市面上非常流行的地板材料。
3、复合地板
复合板一般以三层板为结构，第一层板面都会通过胶水进行黏合。而三层板的材料一般都以单板为主。中间也会夹杂着一些碎木板，但稳定性比较高。同时，复合板的纹理也比较自然，价格便宜，也有很大的市场。
4、竹木地板
竹木地板最好的鉴别方法就是通过气味来辨别。竹木地板有着竹子特有的清香，而且竹子的韧性大，用竹木做成的地板也更加的坚固耐用。

中纤板：
1.优点：材质细腻，裁切面封边做得好，不易开胶，方便制成各种造型，因此常用来制作门板或背板。
2.缺点：其基材为粉末类，使用的胶水较颗粒板的多，因此容易有环保问题。另外，因中纤板胶水含量多，内部结构空间少，因此防潮性差，极易变形。
实木颗粒板：
1.优点：该板材内部结构为交叉错落，握钉力好。板材的密度比较高，木质纤维颗粒比较大，有更多的天然木材本质，黏胶剂使用量通常低于5%，更具环保特点。此外，该板材变形小，尺寸稳定性好，强度高，因此即便挂上重物也不容易变形。
