二、实木复合地板按照结构分大概可以分成两种，

一为三层实木（三层：表面为3-5毫米的精贵硬木层）

一为多层实木（表面为0.3-0.5毫米的精贵实木皮，其它的超过7层的为纵横交错的杂木胶合而成）；

通过以上你大概也看明白了，在这两种里面，很明显三层，明显表面的精贵树木的厚度远远高过多层的，所以此种地板属于准高端地板；

而超过7层的，无论是9层还是11层，相对成本要低很多，所以是中低端；

三、选购实木复合地板，

第一步：首先确定用的品种是三层还是多层，三层的要贵一些，多层的要稍便宜一点；

第二步：确定品牌，多层的品牌有比嘉、生活家、北美枫情等：三层的品牌有金鹰艾格、圣象康树、莱茵阳光复古地板等；

第四步：价格普通树种桉木、橡木、柞木等，多层的价格在160-260元之间；三层的价格240-340元之间；精贵的木种枫木、胡桃木、樱桃木、玛宝木等，多层的价格240-380元之间；三层的价格320-600之间；当然不排除有超过千元的三层实木地板，这些的表面都是由一块大木头制作的，有炒作嫌疑；

木地板的配色方案一般有三种原则：

第一，光线较好的房间建议选择，地板颜色偏重的花色，如中性色片上的柚木、橡木、胡桃木等； 第二，根据房间的装修风格搭配，一般的装修风格有欧式、中式、日式等，欧式风格的装修比较大气，所以建议搭配地板花纹较大，最好是单拼或双拼（一块地板上有一个大花纹）花纹为好，中式风格就选择比较传统的三拼花纹，层次感比较好，显得房间空间大一些； 第三，就是属于现在比较流行的新古典主义、现代时尚主义等风格的装修，这些装修风格比较随心所欲，选择地板可以跟据前两种的原则，搭配比较时尚的地板，如彩色地板、比较古怪的地板等。

实木复合地板大概分两类

1、 多层实木复合地板

多层实木复合地板是由多层胶合板为基材，以优质名贵树种制成的木片为面板

层压而成。面板通常分为薄板（0.3-0.6mm）和厚板（1.5-3.0mm）两类，薄板一般

为整幅的，厚板有整幅的，也有镶拼而成的。实木复合地板与传统的实木地板相比，

由于从结构上解决了地板强度和湿涨干缩性能等的各向异性问题，因而具有较好的

尺寸稳定性，同时还保留了实木地板自然的木纹和舒适的脚感。

2、 三层实木复合地板

三层实木复合地板由表层，芯层及底层组成。其中，表层是以优质名贵树种制成的木片，厚度一般在2.0-4.0mm，有整幅的，也有镶拼而成的；芯层是由普通软杂规格木条组成；底层是旋切单板，厚度一般为2.0－4.0mm，三层板材按＃字型结构组坏，并通过三聚氰胺改性树脂胶压制而成。总厚度通常为12-15mm。

多层和三层实木复合地板的区别是：两者仅仅是结构上的区别；但由于三层复合地板受到各层木材的影响较大，出现变形的机会也相对较大；而多层复合地板受各层木材的影响较小，其变形量比三层复合地板要小。这是这种情况也只是理论上的,实际生活中三层的实木复合地板已经是很不错的了,变形的情况并不多。

目前来说，实木复合地板相对于强化地板（即复合地板）价格还是要高一些，但是相对于前几年，价格也下降到了理想的地步。小牌杂牌就别考虑了，不然买了达不到想要环保的意愿，个人推荐“生活家”的，实木复合地板的元老厂商，价位也还可以，主流的大概在130-200左右，当然也有200-400价位的，个人觉得单价还是控制在200左右就可以了，另外圣像作为一个强化地板的巨无霸品牌，今年也推出了实木复合地板，质量也不错，不错价位相对生活家来说还要高一些，最便宜的大概在190左右，还有240左右的一款，是圣像主推的。建议你也可以去建材超市或市场了解一下行情，做到心中有数，选择一款自己满意的。

一、实木复合地板怎么保养

1、仔细选择你的板子如果你想要一棵橡树，建议选择种植速度较慢的，比如欧洲的山橡树，因为它“具有更紧密的纹理并产生更稳定的木材结构”。选择具有阻燃、抗紫外线、耐磨涂层的木材，以确保更长和更安全的预期寿命，并涂抹高蜡含量的油剂。如果选择硬木，如美国白灰和橡木，是最密集，最坚硬的木材之一，不会轻易凹陷或划痕。

2、基本的准备如果你铺设新的实木复合地板，你可以做一些事情来确保你的木板经受住时间的考验。首先准备底层地板的重要性。检查底层地板以确保它干净，没有任何可能影响粘附的油漆、污垢、油脂或胶水残留物，雇用专业的钳工来确保地板是平的。同时，底层地板需要完全干燥，并建议使用湿度计来准确测试。在施工过程的其余阶段保护新铺设的地板时，绝对不要使用塑料来覆盖它，因为这会吸收潮气，从而影响地板。相反，可以铺设质量好的毡覆盖物并将其粘贴到踢脚线板上，以便地板能够呼吸。

3、增加一些保护预防是保护实木复合地板的最佳方式，将毡垫放在所有家具下方，并记住提起而不是拖拽重物。一般来说，温度不应该剧烈变化-理想的温度应该在18C和20C之间。不要关闭地板下的加热器，记得要将其保持低温。

4、保持干净当被问及如何清理实木复合地板时，尽可能经常吸尘，吹扫或吸尘以收集污垢。如果真空吸尘，请确保使用柔软的刷头，以免意外刮伤地板。至于拖地，关键是要用一块带有一点木地板清洁剂的湿布，而不是用浸在水中的拖把。木材具有吸湿性，因此它像海绵一样起作用，当它变干时会膨胀并收缩，这就很容易导致地板开裂的情况，所以在拖地或使用蒸汽清洁器时不要将木地板浸湿。

5、去除污渍事故发生，但关键是要迅速行动，尿液是一种需要警惕的污渍(特别是狗尿)，因为它含有氨，会引起恶心的反应，破坏木材并将其染成黑色，因此请立即擦干净。现在有了基于酶的解决方案，比如尿液排尿，如果你的行动迅速并且适用，可以将伤害降到比较低的状态。
