1、实木复合地板铺装好以后应在两周内入住，长时间不住人或不经常居住的房间，应在房间内放几盆水并保持水量，或使用加湿机，以弥补因室内暖气开放而蒸发的水分。南方梅雨季节应加强通风，室内环境不要过于干燥，也不要过于潮湿，以防实木复合地板的干裂、收缩或膨胀变形。

8、板面不慎沾有污迹应及时清除，若有油迹可用抹布或用少量温洗衣粉水的拖把擦洗，若是药物或颜料，必须在污迹未溶入木质表层以前加以清除。

9、如果室外温度大于室内温度，可以禁闭门窗，保持室内较低的温度，如果室外温度小于室内温度，可以打开门窗以降低室内温度。遇到潮湿闷热的天气，可以开着空调或电风扇。秋、冬季节为增加室内空气湿度，可使用增湿机使室内的空气湿度保持在50%-70%。

1、一定要买大品牌的实木复合地板，因为凡是大品牌厂家的地板都在环保指标上达标，(E-0级)  ，而且，实木复合地板基材都是纯木质的，一些小厂家杂牌地板用的基材不是纯木质，不能买。

1.实木复合地板的优点不易损坏，实木复合地板的基材采用多层单板，层间稳定光滑，更加耐用，不易损坏。质量稳定，复合木地板不易变形，使用寿命长。复合木地板的基层由多层单板复合材料制成。通过木质纤维的纵横交错，使木材在层间相互适应，保证了复合木地板的平整度和稳定性，不易变形或开裂。

2.实木复合地板的优点实惠，多层实木地板的芯层以速生杂木为主，成本相对较低。价格比三层实木复合地板和实木地板便宜很多，比强化地板略高，非常适合想省钱装修的家庭。
