专业人士表示，健身房内一些设施也可能成为空气的污染源，比如：化纤皮革、密度板、人造胶合板和家具沙发等。特别是新装修、刚开张的健身场所，很容易埋下甲醛超标、空气污染等隐患。　 所幸的是，根据国家标准规定，空气中的甲醛含量不得超过每平方米0.10毫克，即数据显示在0.10范围内，都属甲醛正常情况。因此，在记者测试的健身房里，并没有出现甲醛超标现象。但专业人士认为，尽管健身中心空气中的甲醛含量并未超标，但橡胶地毯等发出的明显刺鼻气味，不利于健身者有氧呼吸。　 专家观点　 有氧运动需新鲜空气　 市第六医院急诊主任郁晓明告诉记者，健身时由于消耗大量体力，因此需要呼吸大量新鲜空气，并同时排出大量二氧化碳。　 特别是健身房，如果没有良好的通风设备和对流装置，将会导致废气在有限空间里不断循环，这对于在健身房里做有氧运动的锻炼者来说，没有好处。
