选购实木地板的注意事项 　

1、 过分强调颜色的一致，我国实木地板标准中并未规定地板的色差要求，因为实木地板是天然材料，有一定色差是自然的，也更体现其天然性。　

2 、购买又长又宽的地板有的消费者为了地板显得气派而购买又长又宽的大规格尺寸地板，其实地板规格尺寸越大越容易变形，价格也更昂贵。 　

3、 地板供应和铺装不是同一家这样一但出现质量问题容易产生推委、扯皮。

4、不注意地板龙骨含水率以及地基质量，龙骨含水率合格、地基平整、干燥才能保证地板铺装后的质量。

木地板一般主要分为以下三类：实木地板：实木地板广泛应用于家庭中，实木地板标准尺寸为90*900*18mm，宽版为120*900*18mm。但也有一些实木地板不是标准尺寸，比如750*600短板，其中还有750*60毫米的窄板。实木复合地板：实木复合地板的规格更多，生活中常见的规格有1200*150*15mm、800*20*15mm，1802*303*15mm、1802*150*15mm等多种规格。这些是常用的尺寸，更常被选择。实木UV淋漆地板：实木紫外漆地板是经过干燥加工而成的一种地板。表面用油漆固化。这种木板适合家庭使用。此类板材规格为750*60*16mm、900*90*16mm、450*60*16mm等。

一、实木地板

实木是木材经烘干，加工后形成的，具有花纹自然，脚感舒适，使用安全的特点。随着天然木材资源的减少，实木地板价格越来越高，适合追求自然品质用户的选择。

1、含水率。含水率是直接影响地板变形的最重要因素，天然木材须经过烘干处理后才能实用。由于各地气候条件不一样，所以对含水率的要求也不一样，上海地区的含水率在12-16%。

2、花色。不同树种木材在生长过程中会形成各种天然纹理，实木地板能完美地再现这些自然、清晰的花色，且能长久保持，不会因为磨损而消失。

3、色差。实木地板的表面颜色都是自然形成，没办法人为控制的，因此难免会出现色差。一般来说，在安装前将色差较大的地板剔除，能将影响降到最小。

二、复合地板

复合地板将实木面板、芯板和底板按照纵横交错排列，用胶水粘起来，并在高温下压制成板。由于结构特殊，具有良好的稳定性。相对于实木地板，价格更实惠，因此越来越受到消费者欢迎。

1、结构。复合地板的结构可分为装饰面板、芯板(也叫基材)和底板三部分。基材的结构有讲究，现在市场上常见有两种：多层与三层。由于制作工艺相对简单，多层较为常见三层结构对生产工艺要求较高，有实力的大厂家才能制作。

2、环保性。由于复合地板各结构层要用胶水进行固定，因此不可避免地产生有害物质。按照相关标准，实木复合地板必须达到E1级的要求(甲醛释放量为≤1.5mg/L)并在产品标志上标明。

3、表层厚度。复合地板的装饰表层厚度有两种规格0.6mm或2mm。0.6mm厚度的较为常见，但2mm的表层方便做出各种效果，现在流行的仿古复合地板的表层就是2mm的。

三、强化地板

强化地板的结构类似复合地板，用高密度板作基材，在加上装饰表层与底层组成。强化地板最大的特点是耐磨性与抗刮性能好，容易打理而且方便做出各种花色。价格相对较低。

1、耐磨性。强化地板的耐磨层由一种化学物制成，因此能达到很高的耐磨性和硬度。其耐磨性用转数表示，指特定仪器磨穿表层所用的转数。一般家用强化地板耐磨性应大于6000转。

2、抗冲击性。生活中难免有东西掉落的时候，抗冲击性就是用来衡量地板表层所能承受冲击的重量。强化地板的表层由于采用了专门的人造材料，所以抗冲击性比天然木材的要高出很多。

3、抗污性。污渍落在天然木材表面时，容易渗透进去，而强化地板的表层因为是人造材料，污渍只会附着在表面，不会渗透，清理起来也方便。这也是人们常说强化地板容易打理的原因。

四、软木地板

软木是生长在地中海沿岸的橡树，软木地板就是用这种橡树皮制作出来的。与其他地板相比，具有柔软、舒适、隔音、保温等功能。由于材料珍贵，所以价格较贵，属于高档地板。

1、独特材料。通过放大观察，软木由无数个"气囊"组成。这些气囊不但能吸收外部作用力，起到缓冲作用，还能吸收热量、声音。软木材料这一独特的结构是软木地板具有各种优越性能的原因。

2、弹性。软木独特的结构使得它具有良好的弹性，不但行走舒适，还能降低意外摔倒对身体的伤害，特别适合用在儿童房、老人房。用手触摸其表面能明显感觉到它的弹性。

3、保温、隔音性。软木中的气囊能吸收外面的热量、声音，因此软木地板能起到保温、隔音效果，很多公共场所看重这个特性，而采用软木地板铺设地面甚至作为墙面材料。

一、地热导热性

用于地热的木地板，宜薄不宜厚，宜窄不宜宽，所以在需要使用地热等地区更适合选择1.2的厚实木地板。

三、脚感

1.5的厚实木地板比起1.2的厚实木地板加工工艺更复杂，脚感很好，如果铺不好，面积大如果地面不平会有踏空的感觉，踩上去就会有声响。
