水电验收应该注意细节有：

8、电源插座距地面一般为300mm，开关距地面一般为1400mm，如有特殊需求则按特殊情况处理（如壁挂式空调插座）。

9、煤气管（管），必须走明管，不能封死，如需移管必须由燃气公司进行操作。

10、进水管全部用热水PPR管，下水管用PVC管。冷热水管应左热右冷。

11、电线管、热水管、煤气管相互间应保持一定距离，不得紧靠；

12、经通水试压（0.8MP/8公斤试压，十分钟压降不大于0.05MP/0.5公斤），管道、阀门、接头应无渗水、漏水现象。

13、施工垃圾要当天袋装并放于指定堆放点，水电工序完成后需清理现场。

14、水电完工后向业主提供管线照片－－设计师提供（刻录光盘）。

15、水路验收：水改完毕，用软管连接已改造冷热水管，保证是整个室内管道的冷热水管同时打压；安装好打压器，打压器充满水，管内空气放掉，使整个回路里面全是水；关闭水表及外面闸阀（一定要做好保护）。然后开始打压，实验值为工作压力的1。5倍，30分钟不渗不漏，掉压不超过0。05MP为合格。

16、强电验收：采用500V绝缘电阻表测试各回路绝缘电阻值，同时可考验所用电线质量，不达标的电线可能会被击穿。

17、弱电采用专用工具测试：专用网络测试工具测试网络8芯信号是否畅通；载波器铜轴电缆测试工具，万用表等完全测试合格后再进行下一步施工工作。

18、切记水电改造完毕：一定要验收，等到其他项目施工完毕再发现问题已为时已晚。

现如今，多数高科技设备都需要特殊电线和电缆，而这些电线和电缆都要通过专业的制造才能达到特定的功效。你知道电线电缆是如何制造的吗？制作的流程又是怎样的呢？我们大家一起来看一下吧。

第一、制造电缆首先从中心导体开始，先让几只鸡用塑胶打裸铜线包裹起来，再利用冷冻水让塑胶凝固，使电线相互隔离。接着通过火花检测器让电流通过导体，确保绝缘性没有瑕疵。如果绝缘层有一点破洞，机器就会发出警报将它找出来。然后进入承揽机，机器会拉出绝缘导体线轴，将它们与其他组件结合，做成电缆的内力。

第二、接着在缠上彩色绝缘导体，当组件进入电缆装配触摸时，定位板会校准表面配置填料会缠在绝缘导体周围，再利用贴代机在电缆周围缠上绷扎带，把组件绑紧。接着，另一种电缆装配机与之前一样拉出绝缘导体线轴，通过定位板上的孔洞触母把这条电缆的六个导体分成三组。这台机器在导体果上镀铝聚酯制成的护套来降低信号干扰。

第三、在下一个触模中将制作的电线放到一起，然后把所有组件缠成一条电缠绕速度可以达到每分钟转1000次。接着在电缆外裹上绝缘保纸，再用几只鸡为它套上塑胶和橡胶质的合成护套。电缆再次通过几只机后，冷冻水将材料固化成护套。接着在护套上印上制造商和操作规范。有些加了护套的电缆还需要加上编织护罩，以减少电子干扰，让线轴照着编排的样式转动，制成护罩来包裹电缆。然后电缆通过几只机，套上最后一层热塑性塑胶套，定制电缆就准备好连接设备和提供动力了。

复合橡胶是指以NR（含量在95％～99.5％）为主，添加少量的硬脂酸和/或丁苯橡胶（SBR）、或顺丁橡胶（BR）或异戊橡胶（IR）、或氧化锌（ZnO）、或炭黑。或塑解剂经混炼复合而成的橡胶。复合橡胶是橡胶的一个品种，属于生胶（原材料）范畴。

用途：制作轮胎、胶鞋、胶管、胶带、电线电缆的绝缘层和护套以及其他通用制品。

家用监控安装步骤：\x0d\x0a1.选好要安装摄像头的位置，这个需要根据现场和事情情况的需要选择，别人帮不了你，拿出监控摄像头支架，准备好工具和零件：涨塞、螺丝、改锥、小锤、电钻等必要工具；按事先确定的安装位置，检查好涨塞和自攻螺丝的大小型号，试一试支架螺丝和摄像机底座的螺口是否合适，预埋的管线接口是否处理好，测试电缆是否畅通，就绪后进入安装程序。在满足监视目标视场范围要求的条件下，其安装高度：室内离地不宜低于2.5m；室外离地不宜低于3.5m。\x0d\x0a2.监控摄像头安装工作，按照事先确定的摄像头镜头型号和规格，仔细装上镜头（红外一体式摄像机不需安装镜头），注意不要用手碰镜头CCD(图中标注部分），确认固定牢固后，接通电源，连通主机或现场使用监视器、小型电视机等调整好光圈焦距。\x0d\x0a3.固定监控摄像头，拿出支架、涨塞、螺丝、改锥、小锤、电钻等工具，按照事先确定的位置，装好支架。检查牢固后，将摄像头按照约定的方向装上；\x0d\x0a4.摄像机护罩的安装，如果需要安装护罩，在第二步后，直接从这里开始安装护罩。1、打开护罩上盖板和后挡板；2、抽出固定金属片，将摄像机固定好；3、将电源适配器装入护罩内；4、复位上盖板和后挡板，理顺电缆，固定好，装到支架上。\x0d\x0a5.安装摄像机BNC头或者航空头，把焊接好的视频电缆BNC插头插入视频电缆的插座内，确认固定牢固。监控摄像头及其配套装置，如镜头、防护罩、支架、雨刷等，安装应牢固，运转应灵活，应注意防破坏，并与周边环境相协调。\x0d\x0a6.连接电源，将电源适配器的电源输出插头插入监控摄像机的电源插口，并确认牢固度。在强电磁干扰环境下，监控摄像头安装应与地绝缘隔离。\x0d\x0a7.连接视频主机，把电缆的另一头接入控制主机或监视器(电视机)，确保牢固。\x0d\x0a8.调整摄像头到最佳位置，接通监控主机和摄像机电源，通过监视器调整摄像机角度到预定范围。另外，监控摄像头所有控制、显示、记录等终端设备的安装应平稳，便于操作。其中监视器（屏幕）应避免外来光直射，当不可避免时，应采取避光措施。在控制台、机柜（架）内安装的设备应有通风散热措施，内部接插件与设备连接应牢*。\x0d\x0a如果照以上的步骤安装不能正常显示，可检查接线问题，再对摄像机进行测试，有的时候如果出现图像比较花的现象，可能是接线没有做好。
