LED灯带质量识别的技巧

1.看标签。正规的LED灯带包装袋和卷料盘上面都会有印刷标签，而不是打印的标签。

   2.看LED灯带表面的清洁度。如果采用SMT工艺生产的LED灯带，其表面的清洁度非常好，看不到什么杂质和污渍。

3.看焊点。正规的LED灯带生产商生产的LED灯带是采用SMT贴片工艺，用锡膏和回流焊工艺生产的。因此，LED灯带上的焊点比较光滑而且焊锡量不会多，焊点呈圆弧状从FPC焊盘处往LED电极处延伸。

4.看附件。正规的LED灯带会在包装箱里面附上使用说明和灯带规格书，同时还会配备LED灯带连接器或者是卡座而山寨版的LED灯带包装箱里则没有这些附件，因为一些厂家毕竟还是能省则省。

5.看FPC质量。FPC分敷铜和压延铜两种，敷铜板的铜箔是凸出来的，细看的话能从焊盘与FPC的连接处看出来。而压延铜是密切和FPC连为一体的，可以任意弯折而不会出现焊盘脱落现象。敷铜板如果弯折过多就会出现焊盘脱落，维修时温度过高也会造成焊盘脱落。

6.看包装。正规的LED灯带会采用防静电卷料盘包装，一般会5米一卷或者是10米一卷，然后外面再采用防静电防潮包装袋密封。而山寨版的LED灯带会因为节约成本，而采用回收卷料盘，然后没有防静电防潮包装袋，仔细看卷料盘能看出外表有清除标签时留下的痕迹和划痕。

当然最重要的是要知道灯带只能起到点缀作用不能起到主照明的作用的。其次灯带都是整米一段的所以该用多少用多少。 而颜色上则可以选择暖白和月光白，因为灯带的主要作用就是点缀，所以建议都用暖白的这样客厅和餐厅点起来的效果就比较温馨，也更耐看，用月光白的话看久了可能会审美疲劳，如果要清新的效果的话可以考虑用蓝光的。扁三和扁四的区别是扁三有2排珠扁四有3排珠，所以最主要的区别还是亮度。如果珠数一样的那就是长度的区别了。此外，如果要点缀和照明都要有的话则可以安装T5支架，其价位可能会贵点但是效果不错。

钢水的终脱氧用的，主要成分是铝。

1、精炼剂是白色粉末状或颗粒状熔剂。由多种无机盐干燥处理后，按一定比例混合配制而成。

2、作用：精炼剂主要是用于清除铝液内部的氢和浮游的氧化夹渣，使铝液更纯净，并兼有清渣剂的作用。

3、特点：精炼剂中的部分组元在高温下极易分解，生成的气体易于氢反应，且与夹渣吸附力强，并迅速从熔体中逸出。其它组元兼有清渣剂作用。

4、使用范围：适用于常用牌号的铝合金(镁含量高的合金和铝镁合金不可使用)，和纯铝熔炼时，除气精炼和清渣。

5、使用方法：精炼剂撒于液面，迅速压入铝液内，充分搅拌后静置、扒渣；如借助喷射机，用惰性气体将精炼剂喷入铝液内效果更好。
