铝合金装饰板 又称为铝合金压型板或天花扣板，用铝、铝合金为原料，经辊压冷压加工成各种断面的金属板材。

(2) 蜂窝芯铝合金复合板 ： 蜂窝芯铝合金复合板的外表层为0.2~0.7mm的铝合金薄板，中心层用铝箔、玻璃布或纤维制成蜂窝结构，铝板表面喷涂以聚合物着色保护涂料-----聚偏二氟乙烯，在复合板的外表面覆以可剥离的塑胶保护膜，以保护板材表面在加工和安装过程中不致受损。蜂窝芯铝合金复合板作为高级饰面材料，可用于各种建筑的幕墙系统，也可用于室内墙面、屋面、天棚、包柱等工程部位。 (3) 铝合金波纹板和压型板 ：这是世界上广泛套用的新型装饰材抖，它主要用于墙面的装饰，也可用于屋面装饰，其表面经化学处理以后可以有各种颜色，有较好的装饰效果，又有很强的反射阳光的能力.十分经久耐用，在大气中使用时20年不用更换，搬迁拆卸下的波纹板仍可继续使用。 (4) 铝合金穿孔吸声板 ：铝合金穿孔吸声板是根据声学原理，利用各种不同穿孔率以达到消除噪声的目的，材质可据需耍进行选择，常用的是防锈铝板和电化铝板等。其特点是材质轻、强度高、耐高温高压、耐腐蚀、防火、防潮、化学稳定性好。造型美观、色泽优雅、立体感强、装饰效果好，组装也很简便。
铝合金装饰板又称铝合金压型板、铝合金花纹板。是选用纯铝、铝合金为坯料，经辊压冷加工成各种花纹、图案的板材。具有重量轻、便于清洗、经久耐用、防腐蚀性强的诸多特点，而且花纹美观大方，通过表面处理可制成各种颜色。适用于旅馆、饭店、商场等建筑的墙面和屋面装饰。

热处理规范：

2)高温退火:加热温度350～500℃成品厚度≥6mm时,保温时间为10～30min、＜6mm时,热透为止空气冷。
