涂覆碳钢管卡压连接工艺要求

理论上说，承受的压力与接头的设计压力和钢管制造最高耐受压力有关系。

使用过程中，如果作为一般额仪表取压，一般的气液管路来说，10公斤都是没有问题的。我们常用于10公斤左右的蒸汽管路的仪表取压，都没有问题。

因为是卡接，用于蒸汽要考虑温度的影响，不建议用于有毒有害，中压以上的高温气体。

可以采用丝扣，卡压或环压的连接方式，也可以采用乙炔-氧气焊接，采用铜焊条。

连接方式如图：

【两者区别】：

①薄壁不锈钢管号称“大力士”以常用的304材质的薄壁不锈钢管为例，其抗拉强度为530-750Mpa

，是镀锌管的2倍，铜管的3倍，PPR的8-10倍；延伸率大于35% 。因此，薄壁不锈钢管相较于铜管可以做到减薄壁厚的要求，而且符合节材节能的国家产业政策，又有强度的保证，并能

达到减少建筑物的承重目的。

②薄壁不锈钢管的热导率为15 W/m℃(100℃)，是碳钢管的1/4，铜管的1/23。薄壁不锈钢管

由于保温性能好，特别适用与热水输送，无论是保温层的厚度，还是保温结构的施工、维修费用等，薄壁不锈钢管都有较好的经济性。

③薄壁不锈钢管的平均热膨胀系数为0.017mm/（m℃）,与铜管较接近，而复合管是薄壁不锈管

的1.5倍，塑料管是薄壁不锈钢管的5-11倍。鉴于塑料管热膨胀系数过大的弱点，输送热水应以

金属管为宜。
