钢铁是我国基本建设和完成四化不能缺乏的关键物资供应，其运用普遍，类型多种多样，依据横截面样子的不一样，钢材一般分成铝型材、板材、管件和金属制造四大类，又分成重轨、轻轨站、大中型钢、中槽钢、中小型钢、冷拔钢、耐热铸铁、线缆、热轧带钢、金属薄板、电焊工铁氧体磁芯、尼龙带、无缝钢管、焊接钢管、金属制造等种类。

建筑装饰材料——螺纹钢材，不锈钢丝，不锈钢丝盘，园钢。管路-无缝钢管，焊接钢管。冷轧薄板/卷，热轧带钢，彩涂钢板(镀锌钢板，彩涂钢板，镀锡板，热镀铝锌)，硅钢片，尼龙带。型——工角，H型钢，方钢管，镀锌扁钢，球扁钢。独特钢材包括合金结构钢，合金钢，模具钢材，弹簧钢，45号钢，冷拔钢，硬不锈钢丝。钢铁是铁碳合金，碳含量接近中间。为保证 其延展性和塑性变形，碳成分一般不超过。钢材中除铁、碳外，也有硅、锰、硫、磷等元素。

3.按成形方式归类：(1)锻钢；(2)不锈钢铸件；(3)热轧钢；(4)冷拉钢。

四是依照合金成分归类，淬火情况为：a.亚共析(铁素体+铁素体)b.共析(铁素体)c.过共析钢(铁素体+渗碳体)d.莱氏钢(铁素体+渗碳体)。五是按主要用途归类。

建筑钢：a.一般碳素钢；b.低合金工具钢；c.建筑钢筋钢。渗氮钢：a.高频淬火用钢；b.感应淬火用钢；c.全部合金结构钢；d.冷塑性变形成型用钢：包含冷冲模用钢，冷轧用钢。碳合金钢；a.合金工具钢；b.高速工具钢。钢制公路桥梁，钢制船只，钢制加热炉，钢制高压容器，钢制农机车等。六是综合性归类。精炼铁(包含高品质高级钢)(a)调质钢；(b)合金工具钢；(c)高速工具钢。特殊特性钢：(a)不锈钢耐酸钢；(b)耐热钢；(c)电加热碳素钢；(d)电焊工用钢；(e)中碳钢。按冶炼方式开展归类。

1、强磁材料普通工艺无法焊接，涉及的问题很多，就不用考虑了。

2、粘接是辅助方法，不适合长期的使用，尤其在有振动、敲击的场合；

3、机械固定是比较可靠的方法，利用间隔支架比较可靠，可采用塑料材料或不锈钢、铜、铝金属；

4、利用支架和胶结合的固定方式应该是可靠的方法；

在M156 Quattroporte上，玛莎拉蒂首次采用燃油直喷技术（GDI汽油直喷）。这意味着喷油器直接位干燃烧室内，与问接燃油喷射相反，间接燃油喷射系统中的喷油器安装在进气歧管内（PFI：进气道喷射）。GDI发动机的主要优点在于通过更直接和更精确地控制燃烧过程，从而提高了燃油效率并增大了功率输出。借助GDI系统，还可更加精确地控制排放水平。这些优点可通过对根据不同的发动机运转状态而改变的燃油量和喷射正时的精确控制来实现。由于喷油器直接位于燃烧室内，因此GDI发动机的喷射压力与PFI发动机相比要高很多（喷射压力一般为约350kPa ）。F160发动机采用了同质型喷射技术。这就意味着可在燃烧室内实现λ=1的最优空燃比。最大喷射压力为2000kPa。

1．燃油回路（如图56所示）

V6发动机所采用的燃油系统与F154A VS发动机所采用的系统在排列与运行方面类似。主要差别在于只采用了单个同时用于低压和高压侧的油泵，而非用于VS的双油泵。

V6车辆的燃油系统以下列方式排列：

·低压燃油回路可将来自油箱的燃油带入位于发动机后部的高压油泵

·带电控机械高压油泵的高压燃油回路可为所有6个喷油器提供喷射压力

发动机关闭后，高压燃油回路中的压力仍会很高。进行任何高压燃油回路的维修操作之前，确保先释放其中的压力。Quattroporte V6采用了单个低压和高压油泵。连接至文丘里泵的平衡管可确保来自气鞍形油箱右段的燃油被虹吸入左段，如图57所示。

2.燃油箱

M156 Quattroporte装备新鞍式燃油箱，位于后排乘客座椅下方，如图58所示。此方案有益于降低重心，不会缩小行李空间。燃油箱的几何容量为101.6L，有效容量为80L。加油口为无盖式。

3．低压燃油泵单元

V6版Quattroporte采用了单个燃油泵代替V8版的双燃油泵。对比V8版双油泵的224L/h流速，单油泵的流速为170L/h。油泵／油位传感器位于鞍形油箱的左段。右侧单元包含了油浮子，可将油位信息发送至控制单元。连接至文丘里泵的平衡管可确保来自鞍形油箱右段的燃油被虹吸入左段。油泵／油位传感器与PFI系统上的设备非常类似。该单元包含一个直流电泵，终身使用型燃油滤清器滤芯、带内部双向阀和单向阀的压力调节器和浮子控制式油位传感器单元。主要差别在于实际产生的油压要更高：600kPa表压（PFI系统约为350kPa ）。采用该设计的目的在于可减少气阻（燃油系统中的高温导致气泡形成）的危险。气阻对GDI系统非常危险，因为高压油泵需要稳定的燃油供应才可以实现冷却和润滑。低压油泵具备双速控制功能。该油泵通过两个继电器由ECM控制。一个继电器可激活油泵，另一个继电器通过使用串联电阻可在低压和高压之间切换。V6版Quattroporte采用了单个低压燃油泵（如图59所示），相对于V8版的双燃油泵。要从油箱内拆卸油泵／油位传感器，需要使用专用工具（p/n 900028154）。

4．高压油泵和燃油压力调节器（如图60所示）

MagnettiMarelli PHP高压油泵是一个由凸轮轴进行机械式操纵的单柱塞泵。单个油泵安装在右侧汽缸盖的后部，并有排气凸轮轴上的3叶凸轮进行驱动。油泵通过高压钢管可将加压燃油输送至两侧喷油器油轨。压力会在4000～20000kPa之间变化。压力的变化由电磁执行器控制。执行器作用在进气门上，使得流速控制始终精确。该执行器还包含了一个高压回路保护的最大压力阀和一个可限制供油管路压力波动的进油口缓冲阀。Motronic可根据不同运行条件（转速、传递扭矩、环境条件等）下的发动机需求改变喷射压力高压油泵带有一个可限制电磁执行器噪声的专用装置。在GDI发动机中，用户常常会将此类“滴答”声视为故障，在采用该技术后缺陷得以解决。该专利设备为Magneti Marelli油泵的优势之一，可有效地集中消除噪声来源。带压力调节器的玛莎拉蒂Marelli PHP高压油泵的输出压力高达20000kPa，如图61所示。玛莎拉蒂Marelli PHP高压油泵倒置在右侧汽缸盖处，由排气凸轮轴上的3叶凸轮驱动。在凸轮轴后端的双齿可驱动真空泵，如图62所示。

德国的著名建筑师及其作品

贝伦斯（Peter Behrens, 1868-1940）

贝伦斯是德国现代建筑和工业设计的先驱。1886-1891年贝伦斯在汉堡工艺美术学校接受艺术教育,后改行学习建筑。1893年起成为慕尼黑分离派成员，1900年加入由艺术家、建筑师、设计师组成的七人团，开始建筑设计活动，1907年成为德意志制造联盟的推进者与领袖人物，同年受聘担任德国通用电器公司AEG的艺术顾问，开始其作为工业设计师的职业生涯。

1909年，贝伦斯设计了德国通用电气公司AEG的透平机制造车间与机械车间，在建筑形式上摒弃了传统的附加装饰，造型简洁，壮观悦目，被称为第一座真正的现代建筑。

除了建筑设计之外，贝伦斯还为AEG做了许多产品设计，如电水壶、电钟、电风扇等。这些设计没有一点伪装和牵强，使机器在家居环境中亦能以自我的语言来表达。贝伦斯在AEG这个实行集中管理的大公司中发挥了巨大作用，他全面负责公司的建筑设计、视觉传达设计以及产品设计，使这家庞杂的大公司树立起一个统一完整的鲜明形象，开创了现代公司识别计划的先河。AEG的标识经他数易其稿，一直沿用至今，成为欧洲最著名的标志之一。

格罗披乌斯（Walter Gropius, 1883-1969）

格罗披乌斯出生于柏林的一个建筑师家庭，青年时代曾在柏林和慕尼黑学习建筑。1907年起在贝伦斯的事务所工作，1910年与迈耶合伙在柏林开设建筑事务所，并于次年合作设计了采用大片玻璃幕墙和转角窗的法古斯工厂。

1919年，格罗披乌斯在德国魏玛创建了建国立建筑学校，简称包豪斯，其目的是培养新型设计人才。学校重视基础训练，逐渐形成以平面构成、立体构成和色彩构成为特色的基础课程。学校主张艺术与技术的统一；动手能力与理论素养并重；强调设计的目的是人而不是产品；提倡在掌握手工艺的同时，了解现代工业的特点并遵循自然与客观的法则来进行设计。1925年，由于受到反动政府的迫害，包豪斯迁往德骚,格罗披乌斯提拔了一些优秀的教员，完善了教学计划和设施，并设计了新的包豪斯校舍。

1928年，格罗披乌斯迫于各种压力，辞去包豪斯校长职务。1937年，格罗披乌斯到美国哈佛大学任建筑系主任，并创立了协和设计事务所。

格罗披乌斯是二十世纪最重要的设计师，设计理论家和设计教育的奠基人，他对二十世纪现代设计的影响是难以估计的。

米斯（Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, 1886-1969）

米斯生于德国的一个普通石匠家庭。1907年，他与格罗披乌斯一同在贝伦斯的事务所工作，受到贝伦斯的很大影响。1928年，他提出了 少即是多的名言，提倡纯净、简洁的建筑表现。1929年，米斯设计了巴塞罗那国际博览会的德国馆，其空畅的内部空间，优雅而单纯的现代家具，使他成为当时世界上最受注目的现代设计家。

1938年，米斯移居美国，任伊利诺理工学院建筑系教授。他通过自己一生的实践，奠定了明确的现代主义建筑风格，并影响了好几代的现代建筑师和设计师，很少有人对现代建筑的影响能够有他那么大。美国作家汤姆.沃尔夫曾在他的著作《从包豪斯到现在》中提到，米斯的原则改变了世界都会三分之一的天际线，这并不夸张，反映出了他的重要作用和影响。

纳吉（Laszlo Moholy-Nagy, 1895-1946）

纳吉出生于匈牙利，早年以绘画和平面设计为主。纳吉于1921年来到包豪斯， 1923年接替伊顿的职务,负责包豪斯的基础课程教学。纳吉强调形式和色彩的理性认识，注重点，线，面的关系，通过实践，使学生了解如何客观的分析两度空间的构成，并进而推广到三度空间的构成上，这就为设计教育奠定了三大构成的基础，也意味着包豪斯开始由表现主义转向理性主义。与此同时，纳吉也在金属制品车间担任导师，致力于用金属与玻璃结合的办法教育学生从事实习，为灯具设计开辟了一条新途径，在这里出现了许多包豪斯最有影响的作品。他努力把学生从个人艺术表现的立场转变到比较理性的，科学地了解和掌握新技术和新媒介，他指导学生制作的金属制品都具有非常简单的几何造型，同时也具有明确、恰当的功能特征和性能。

布劳耶（Marcel Breuer, 1902-1981）

华根菲尔德（Wilhelm Wagenfeld, 1900-1990）

华根菲尔德出生于德国不来梅，早年曾在银具厂工作，并接受过艺术教育，1923年开始在包豪斯就学、任教。在包豪斯的金属车间，华根菲尔德设计了著名的镀铬钢管台灯，迄今仍有生产。华根菲尔德反对自我中心的设计观念，他声称工业中的设计是一种协作的活动，与艺术家的工作毫无共同之处。他否认把功能作为形式的决定性因素，认为功能并不是最终目的，而是良好设计的先决条件。这种观念的改变和他适应工业生产的能力，使他得以作为一位主要的设计师在第三帝国期间继续工作，这在他先前的包豪斯同仁中是少见的。

勃兰登堡门

Das monumentale Brandenburger Tor kann auf eine rund 200jährige Geschichte zurückblicken. War es bis zum Jahre 1989 ein Symbol für die Teilung Berlins und Deutschlands, ist es heute ein Nationalsymbol für die Einheit und somit eines der berühmtesten Wahrzeichen der Stadt.

Das Brandenburger Tor entstand in den Jahren 1788 bis 1791 nach Entwürfen von Carl Gotthard Langhans d.Ä., der sich stark an den Propyläen der Athener Akropolis orientierte. König Friedrich Wilhelm II. hatte zuvor den Bau des Tores angeordnet, da er einen würdigen architektonischen Abschluss für die Prachtstraße Unter den Linden suchte. Das klassizistische Bauwerk aus Sandstein zählt zu den größten und schönsten Schöpfungen des deutschen Klassizismus.

Im Jahre 1793 wurde die von Johann Gottfried Schadow entworfene Quadriga auf das Tor aufgesetzt. Die Plastik wurde im Laufe der Zeit drei Mal heruntergenommen. Nach der Niederlage Preußens im Jahre 1806 verschleppte Napoleon die Quadriga nach Paris. Doch durch den Sieg der Allianz konnte sie acht Jahre später wieder zurück geholt und an ihren alten Bestimmungsort aufgestellt werden.

Während der Kämpfe des Zweiten Weltkrieges wurde das Brandenburger Tor schwer beschädigt. Die Plastik war durch die Bombenangriffe sogar so stark beschädigt worden, dass sie 1956 im Zuge der Rekonstruktion des Tores entsorgt und durch eine Kopie ersetzt werden musste.

Fast drei Jahrzehnte sollte nun das Brandenburger Tor ein isoliertes Dasein fristen aber trotzdem im Brennpunkt der Weltöffentlichkeit stehen. Am 22. Dezember 1989 erfolgte unter dem Jubel von mehr als 100.000 Menschen die Öffnung des Tores. Die Quadriga wurde aber durch die Vereinigungsfeiern, vor allem in der Sylvesternacht 1989/90, so stark beschädigt, dass sie zwei Jahre später restauriert werden musste.

Auch das Brandenburger Tor, insbesondere der Sandstein, war durch Vernachlässigung und durch Umweltschäden so stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, dass es einer Restaurierung bedurfte. Am 3. Oktober 2002 wurde das Brandenburger Tor nach knapp zwei Jahren feierlich enthüllt und ist seitdem wieder ein Magnet für Touristen aus aller Welt.

An seiner Stelle im Ortsteil Moabit des Bezirks Mitte befanden sich zuvor von 1868 bis 1951 der Lehrter Bahnhof und von 1882 bis 2002 der Lehrter Stadtbahnhof.

Das markante Gebäude wurde vom Architekten Meinhard von Gerkan entworfen. Zusammen mit dem Bahnhof wurde am 28. Mai 2006 eine neue Nord-Süd-Eisenbahntrasse durch den Tunnel Nord-Süd-Fernbahn in Betrieb genommen, die durch das sogenannte „Pilzkonzept“ eine völlige Umstellung und Neuordnung des Schienenpersonenverkehrs in Berlin verwirklicht.

Der Hauptbahnhof Berlin wurde im September 2007 vom Verband „Allianz pro Schiene“ als Bahnhof des Jahres ausgezeichnet.[2]

Die Anlagen des Berliner Hauptbahnhof stellen das Zentrum des Pilzkonzepts der schienengebundenen Verkehrsleitung in Berlin dar, wobei der Bahnhof den Verknüpfungspunkt für die hier zusammenlaufenden und sich überkreuzenden Linien verschiedener Verkehrsträger bildet. Der Bahnhof ist kein Zugbildungsbahnhof, sondern ein reiner Personenbahnhof ohne Abstellfunktion.

Betrieblich gesehen stellt der Bahnhofskomplex einen Berührungsbahnhof dar, der aus drei unabhängigen Betriebsstellen besteht:

Der Hauptbahnhof wurde am 28. Mai 2006 nach etwa elfjähriger Bauzeit eröffnet, zuvor befand sich an dieser Stelle der Lehrter Stadtbahnhof. Ursprünglich war die Eröffnung für das Jahr 2000 geplant, Probleme mit dem Grundwasserspiegel und Untergrund verzögerten dies jedoch.

Der Berliner Hauptbahnhof ist heute der größte und modernste Kreuzungsbahnhof Europas. Entworfen wurde er vom Architekten Meinhard von Gerkan, vom Hamburger Architekturbüro Gerkan, Marg und Partner.

Es gibt zwei Hauptebenen für den Bahnverkehr sowie drei Verbindungs- und Geschäftsebenen.

Das Konzept einer Kathedrale des Verkehrs konnte nicht ganz nach den Wünschen des Architekten verwirklicht werden. So mußte u.a. die geplante Gewölbekonstruktion einem Flachdach weichen, das Glasdach über der oberen Schienenanlage wurde gekürzt. Das führte zu Konflikten zwischen Bahnchef Mehdorn und dem Architekten.

Trotzdem ist der Bahnhof filigran, großzügig und lichtdurchflutet. Die 321 Meter lange gläserne Halle der in Ost-West-Richtung verlaufenden Stadtbahn wird von der in Nord-Süd-Richtung verlaufenden 160 Meter langen und 40 Meter breiten Bahnhofshalle gekreuzt. Damit wird architektonisch der vorgegebene Gleisverlauf unterstrichen. Ein raffiniertes System großer Öffnungen in den Decken aller Ebenen lässt Tageslicht bis zu den unteren Gleisen gelangen. Zwei 46 Meter hohe Bürogebäude, die so genannten Bügelbauten, überspannen außerdem die Stadtbahn und bilden den weithin sichtbaren Rahmen für diesen einzigartigen Verkehrsknotenpunkt. So hebt die Architektur den Charakter des Bahnhofs als Kreuzung hervor. Für die Hamburger Architekten von Gerkan, Marg &Partner war die Bedeutung des neuen Berliner Hauptbahnhofs als Schnittstelle im zusammenwachsenden Europa der bestimmende Faktor ihres Entwurfes.
