6车库卷帘门维修

1、检查车库卷帘门内部的金属轨道。查看将轨道固定到墙壁的安装支架。如果支架松了，请拧紧螺栓或螺钉。将车库卷帘门关上，在车库内部检查轨道是否有凹陷、弯曲或变平的地方。如果有任何损坏之处，请用橡皮锤，或用一块废木料垫着锤子敲打这些地方。如果轨道严重损坏，必须更换。

2、用水平仪检查轨道，确保轨道在同一水平线上。水平轨道应当略向车库后部倾斜，轨道的纵向部分应精确垂直。在车库的墙壁上，两条轨道必须处于同一高度。如果轨道没有准确对齐，请将固定安装支架的螺钉或螺栓拧松，但不要把它们取下来，然后小心地敲打轨道，使它们移动到适当的位置。车库卷帘门具有从垂直转为水平的轨道两部分轨道必须对齐，并确保将门的各个部分铰接牢固。

3、用高浓度家用清洁剂清洗轨道，去除污垢和硬化的油脂。将转轴彻底清洗干净，然后将轨道和转轴擦干。将石墨粉撒在轨道上，将家用润滑油或硅树脂喷在转轴上，或者在轨道、滑轮和转轴上喷洒车库门专用润滑油喷剂。

4、查找变松的部件，并根据需求上紧。在卷帘门上，请检查将门的各个部分固定在一起的铰链，将所有变松的螺钉拧紧，并更换受损的铰链。门有时向一侧下沉，可以通过维修铰链来纠正。如果螺钉孔变大了，换一根直径相同但更长的螺钉，在一根空心纤维棒上涂木工胶，然后套在新螺钉上。如果铰链处的木料出现裂缝，拆掉铰链，将木料填孔剂填在裂缝和螺钉孔中。待填孔剂干燥后再更换铰链，如果可能，请将铰链移到实心木料上。上掀式车库门在水平轨道上移动。动力弹簧安装在门框上，并与门连在一起。

5、检查弹簧。在卷帘车库门上，每一面的弹簧均由滑轮上的弹簧式缆线控制。为了调整弹簧的弹力，请将经过门上方平板的缆线拉长，然后在末端重新打结，以保持新的弹力。注意：如果车库卷帘门只在门中央有一个扭转弹簧，该弹簧的弹力过大会使维修者受伤，应当打电话向专业维修服务部门求助。

8 铝合金门窗保养

第一、在使用铝合金门窗时，推拉动作要顺其自然，打开有困难时不宜大力猛推，应先排除故障。

第二、要保持门框和推拉槽的清洁，可以用吸尘器去除槽内和门封毛条的积灰。

第三、清洗铝合金门窗时，不可以踩在铝框上，也不可以拉住框作为支撑，以免损坏门窗。

第七、要时常检查铝合金框架的连接部位，查看螺栓是否旋紧，并及时更换受损零件，定期加润滑油保持开闭的灵活。

第八、定期检查密封毛条和玻璃胶封是否脱落，如有脱落应及时修补或更换，以保证门窗的密封保温性能。
