1．查看油位，以停泵时注油至油标中心为宜。过低对排气阀不能起油封作用，影响真空度。过高，可能会引起通大气起动时喷油。运转时，油位有所升高，属正常现象。如是旋片式真空泵真空泵油采用规定牌号的清洁真空泵油，从加油孔加入。加油毕后，应旋一上螺塞。油宜经过滤，以免杂物进入，堵塞油孔。
