水环真空泵与卧式离心泵怎样连接
连接方式不止一种，看你情况选择。水环真空泵都是为离心泵提供吸入能力的，现在离心泵很多要么带自吸腔，要么采用特殊结构。
我就不和你扯那么多型号、型式的问题了，扯上那个说不完的。我只能大致和你讲下：
如果两泵都带电机，那就是把水环真空泵当抽气装置在用，一台水环真空泵可以轮流抽吸很多台离心泵。直接在离心泵上开螺纹孔，软管连接就行。
如果是同电机，两泵之间是垂直的，用两个伞状的斜齿齿轮连接，带个浮子开关类似的触点开关，当水压达到后，齿轮会推开水环真空泵。这种型式在离心泵正常运转后不损失能量。但价格比接下来说的第三种要贵很多。
还有一种是江苏某品牌的离心泵---特么的我不想给他们做广告。他们的型式是直接在离心泵里面加一个水环真空泵叶轮，两泵同轴同电机。这种型式就比较便宜了，但离心泵正常运转时会损失一些能量。

结构简单，制造精度要求不高，容易加工。
结构紧凑，泵的转数较高，一般可与电动机直联，无须减速装置。故用小的结构尺寸，可以获得大的排气量，占地面积也小。
压缩气体基本上是等温的，即压缩气体过程温度变化很小。
由于泵腔内没有金属磨擦表面，无须对泵内进行润滑，而且磨损很小。转动件和固定件之间的密封可直接由水封来完成。
吸气均匀，工作平稳可靠，操作简单，维修方便。
水环式真空泵缺点：
效率低，一般在30%左右，较好的可达50%。
真空度低，这不仅是因为受到结构上的限制，更重要的是受工作液饱和蒸气压的限制。用水作工作液，极限压强只能达到2000~4000Pa。用油作工作液，可达130Pa。
总之，由于水环泵中气体压缩是等温的，故可以抽除易燃、易爆的气体。由于没有排气阀及摩擦表面，故可以抽除带尘埃的气体、可凝性气体和气水混合物。有了这些突出的特点，尽管它效率低，仍然得到了广泛的应用。
水环式真空泵特点：
结构紧凑、工作平衡可靠和流量均匀，所以化工生产中多用来输送或抽吸易燃、易爆和有腐蚀性的气体。水环式真空泵由于叶轮搅拌液体，损失能量大，故其效率很低。
水环真空泵（简称水环泵）是一种粗真空泵，它所能获得的极限真空为2000~4000Pa，串联大气喷射器可达270~670Pa。水环泵也可用作压缩机，称为水环式压缩机，是属于低压的压缩机，其压力范围为1~2×105Pa表压力。
水环真空泵的启停操作
1、准备工作(作业前的检查)
1.1检查电压正常、不超过额定电压（380V）±5%；电气开关和设备接地线正常。
1.2检查底盘地脚螺栓、泵座螺栓、电机螺栓、泵各部件连结是否可靠。
1.3检查各部位润滑油（脂）是否足够。确认油杯油脂达到要求。
1.4盘车应转动均匀、无阻滞，无松动现象并将防护罩装好。
1.5 检查密封是否符合要求，填料压盖应松紧适度，不能歪斜。
1.6点动电机试正反转，看转向是否与泵的指示方向一致。
2、启动运行
2.1打开进气管路上的进气阀。如果排气有排气阀的话必须全打开排气阀。
2.2 开启供水阀，直到水自动从平衡排水管（泵盖盖板上的阀门）路流出，使泵具备正常的启动水位，即可开泵，如不开泵要暂时关闭供水阀。
2.3不允许在无水或少水和满水的情况下启动.
2.4 启动电机，泵运转，同时逐渐开启供水阀，根据真空表读数调节供水阀和进气阀，使被抽系统的真空度、吸气量达到生产的要求。
2.5泵运转作业中，应注意检查并做到：
(1).注意调节供水阀和循环水阀，使循环水量保持适度。
(2).应避免长时间在高负荷下运行。
(3).检查电流表、电压表的读数是否正常。
(4).轴承的温升不应高于35℃，其温度不应高于65℃。
(5).各连接部位应严密，无泄漏现象。
(6).运转中应无异常声响和振动。
(7).注意用汽蚀调节阀门调节泵的汽蚀声。
(8).为保证正常的真空度，进水温度应小于30℃，15℃最为适宜。
(9).运行过程中，适度调整填料压盖，使填料中有水滴出为宜，不能太紧也不能太松。
3、停泵
3.1 关闭供水阀，关闭电动机。打开排水阀，将泵内的工作液排放干净。
3.2冬季应放净循环液，检查、擦试、保养设备，清理卫生，归放工具，填写作业记录，切断电。
